Katelyn, MSN, RN, is the founder of Perpetual Aesthetics and Wellness, blending 15 years of medical expertise with an artistic approach to personalized aesthetic care. Her passion centers on injectable treatments and empowering patients through meaningful relationships. She holds a BSN from Villanova University and an MSN from Benedictine University. Her career spans thoracic oncology and Neuro ICU nursing at Memorial Sloan Kettering, clinical consulting with Johnson & Johnson, and operating a private duty nursing company. A national aesthetic consultant and educator, she mentors providers in advanced techniques and safety. Outside work, she enjoys farm life with six goats and a mini horse.
Amanda Rogers
Amanda, APN, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in women's health. She holds a BSN from Villanova University and an MSN from Monmouth University. Amanda specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, including Sciton HEROic BBL, MOXI, and Cynosure Lutronic XERO laser therapies, combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, tailored results. Committed to compassionate care, she stays current with the latest technologies to ensure optimal outcomes with minimal downtime. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, five children, and extended family — and is a proud fan of Villanova basketball and the New York Knicks!
Kristina (Tina) Kowal
Tina, RN, brings over a year of medical aesthetics experience, specializing in microneedling and neuromodulators. Certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, she is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Ramapo College. Her pediatric emergency department background informs her detail-driven approach, with a focus on natural, refined results. Tina is committed to continuous learning and expanding her aesthetic expertise. Outside the treatment room, she stays active and cherishes time with her nieces and nephew — qualities that shape her warm, approachable care style. Her passion lies in enhancing natural beauty and helping patients feel confident and refreshed.

Kellianne is the Admin and Office Manager at Perpetual, overseeing daily operations and delivering outstanding client service. She previously supported healthcare operations and patient care at Premier Nursing Care, bringing the same dedication and professionalism she is known for today. Beyond her career, Kellianne is a devoted wife and mother of six, managing a lively household that includes a puppy and 30 chickens. The organizational skills, enthusiasm, and compassion she brings to her family life translate seamlessly into her work — making her an invaluable part of the Perpetual team.
Erin Monteverdi
Erin is a passionate Patient Care Coordinator with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a background in clinical testing and anesthesia that gives her a comprehensive understanding of the full patient journey. She is committed to actively listening to each client and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels valued and respected. Her extensive experience and empathetic approach make her an integral part of the Perpetual team. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and Yorkipoo, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and regular trips to the beach.
Melissa Vogt
Melissa is a Patient Care Coordinator dedicated to providing every patient with a friendly, personalized experience — whether over the phone or in person. Before joining Perpetual in her hometown, she managed education and training for cosmetic and skincare brands in New York City, making her the team's go-to beauty advisor for all things makeup and skincare. Her expertise and genuine passion for beauty shine through in every patient interaction. Outside of work, Melissa stays busy chasing her toddler or Bernedoodle — or browsing the aisles at Sephora!

Dr. Ciro Tramontano
Dr. Ciro Tramontano, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist serving as Medical Oversight Physician at Perpetual Aesthetics and Wellness. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate and completed his Anesthesiology residency at Mount Sinai West-Morningside, developing advanced expertise in perioperative care. His expanded focus into aesthetics and wellness draws on a comprehensive background in procedural medicine and a deep understanding of the patient experience. Dr. Tramontano prioritizes meticulous treatment planning and is dedicated to delivering safe, comfortable, and individualized care for every patient.
